Krásnohorské Podhradie

Krásnohorské Podhradie (Hungarian: Krásznahorkaváralja) is a village in Slovakia in the Rožňava district. The owner of Krásna Hôrka Castle and the village of Krásnohorské Podhradie was the Bebek family in the Middle Ages; later the Pálffy family, and until the beginning of the Middle Ages the Bebek family was the owner of Krásna Hôrka Castle and the village of Krásnohorské Podhradie. Count Dionýz Andrássy and his wife Franská. After their death, Countess Pallavicini became the owner during the World War. The castle property was nationalised after the Second World War. The mausoleum in Krásnohorské Podhradie is an Art Nouveau monument from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, built by Count Dionýz Andrássy for his beloved wife Františka Hablavcová.
