02. Description
a) general terms and conditions regarding the terms and conditions for the rental of the TreeHouse Krásna Hôrka Hunting and Viewing Lodge with Sleeping and Resting Facilities - BEBEK and Tree House Krásna Hôrka - ANDRÁSSYand also of all movable items in these seating areas that serve as furnishings, and accessories thereto (hereinafter referred to as TreeHouse), and is a statement of the Lessee's obligations during the Lessee's use of the and stay at the TreeHouse.
b) The Lessee as well as the persons using the Stromodom together with him/her under the lease agreement understand that the Stromodom is a building entirely made of wood and is situated at a height of approximately 5 metres above the ground.
c) The Lessee as well as the persons who use the Stromodom together with him/her on the basis of the lease agreement are obliged to observe all the obligations specified in this declaration during the entire lease period.
d) The Lessee is obliged to inform the persons who will be using the Stromodom together with him/her of all the obligations stated in this declaration, while being liable to the Lessor for any damage caused by the breach of this obligation.
e) In the electronic booking form through which the Renter books the stay, the Renter confirms in the appropriate marked space (box) that he/she has duly read and fully understood all the safety instructions contained in this declaration.
f) In the event that minors (children) use the Tree together with the Lessee, the Lessee shall be liable for damage to the property caused by him or by persons for whom he or a person authorized by him is responsible and shall be obliged to compensate the Lessor for the damage so caused.
g) For safety reasons it is not allowed to leave children under the age of 15 without the supervision of a legal guardian or a person authorized by him/her in the premises of the Tree House.
h) The use of the Stromodom is at the own responsibility of the tenant as well as of the persons who use the Stromodom with him/her.
03. Persons authorised to use the tree house
Access to and the right to use the Treehouse during the rental period is granted to the Lessee and to persons whom the Lessee allows to use the Treehouse and who have been informed in advance of the safety instructions set out in this Declaration. Persons whom the Lessee allows to use the Treehouse may use the Treehouse only together with the tenant in the maximum number:
Stromodom - BEBEK is allowed for use for a maximum of 5 persons.
Stromodom - ANDRÁSSY is allowed for use for a maximum of 4 persons.
04. Safety instructions
a) No smoking Smoking is prohibited in the entire Stromodom building as well as in its surroundings within 20 meters from the Stromodom. This prohibition applies inside the residential part of the Stromodom, on its terrace as well as in the lower part of the Stromodom and in its surroundings within 20 metres of the Stromodom. The Lessee and all persons whom the Lessee permits to stay in the Treehouse shall be liable to the Lessor for any damages incurred in the event of a breach of this smoking ban and shall indemnify the Lessor for such damages.
(b) Prohibition of the lighting and use of fires and candles v the whole of the Stromodom and its surroundings within 50 metres of the Stromodom are prohibited from lighting and using fires, including the use of candles. This prohibition applies inside the living area of the Tree House, outside on the terrace of the Tree House and in the lower part of the Tree House and its surroundings within 50 metres of the Tree House. The Lessee and all persons whom the Lessee permits to stay in the Treehouse shall be liable to the Lessor for any damage caused by a breach of this prohibition on the lighting and use of fires and candles, and shall indemnify the Lessor for such damage.
c) When using the Stromodom, the tenant as well as all persons whom the tenant allows to enter and stay in the Stromodom are obliged to take extra care to prevent possible damage to property and health, especially when using the stairs.
d) The landlord is not responsible for the loss and damage of items brought in and brought by the tenant as well as persons whom the tenant allows to enter and stay on the Tree House in any value.
e) Consumption of alcoholic beverages and narcotic and addictive substances in the premises and around the Stromodom is at the own responsibility of the tenant and persons whom the tenant will allow to enter and stay at the Stromodom. The Lessor shall not be liable to the Lessee and other persons whom the Lessee allows to enter and stay at the Treehouse for any damage to their health and property caused by the use of alcoholic beverages and intoxicating and addictive substances.
f) The Lessee is obliged to immediately notify the Lessor of any damage to the Treehouse, its internal equipment and its surroundings that occurs during the period of lease and use of the Treehouse.
g) In case of violation of the safety instructions according to this declaration by the tenant or persons whom the tenant allows to enter and stay on the Tree House, the landlord is entitled to immediately terminate the stay on the Tree House.
h)more persons than the maximum number of access and use of the Stromodome specified in paragraph 3. is prohibited.
i)The stay and use of Stromodom is not recommended for persons with medical conditions (especially visual impairment, epilepsy, dizziness) and persons with a strong fear of heights, etc..
05. Inclement weather
a) During the use of the Treehouse, the Hirer is obliged to have with him/her a working mobile phone with a charged battery and a sim card with the phone number he/she has indicated in the Treehouse rental reservation in a condition ready for its constant use. For this purpose, the Lessor provides an electricity source at the Stromodom to charge the mobile phone - the so-called power bank.
b) This safety instruction is mainly intended for severe weather, i.e. in the event of a sudden change in the weather, a severe storm and strong winds or strong gusting winds, as well as in the event of a change in the weather forecast to a severe storm, strong winds or strong gusting winds. In these and similar cases, the Lessor will inform (warn) the Lessee of the adverse weather as well as of the possible consequences of using the Treehouse in the event of such adverse weather by phone call or SMS to the number provided by the Lessee in the Treehouse rental reservation.
c) After being informed (warned) of bad weather, the Lessee as well as other persons whom the Lessee has allowed to enter and stay in the Treehouse are obliged to end their stay in the Treehouse for safety reasons and to leave the Treehouse immediately. Otherwise, they are aware that they continue to stay in the Stromodom at their own risk and responsibility, while due to the fact that the Stromodom is not structurally technically fit for use during very bad weather, they are at risk of danger and risk of damage to property, health with the possible consequence of death.
