It is located on the Silick\u00e1 plateau, 2 km west of the village of Silica. The mouth of the entrance <strong>corrosion-ruptive abyss<\/strong> is at an altitude of 503 m. The lower, mostly horizontal parts were formed by the underground flow of the Black Stream. The Archaeological Dome was penetrated by J. The continuation of the underground spaces along the Black Stream was discovered by Czech spelunkers in 1988. The cave is long <strong>1100 m<\/strong> and deep <strong>110 m<\/strong>, it is formed in Mesozoic Middle Triassic light-coloured Wetterstein limestones of the Silicic Limestone. The waters of the Black Stream from Silick\u00e1 glacier flow into the Gombaseck\u00e1 Cave.<\/p>\n<p>The upper abyssal part of the Silick\u00e1 glacier is <strong>partially iced<\/strong>. When the transition to the lower parts was closed, a closed depressed space was formed with accumulation of cold air and ice formation.
