It was created by the Chot\u00e1rny brook, also called as <strong>Mudroom<\/strong> or <strong>Muddy brook<\/strong> in massive limestone layers. This stream creates small waterfalls and cascades. The total length of the Z\u00e1diel valley is approximately 10.3 km and its beginning is located at an altitude of 1005 m above sea level, below the hill <strong>Osadn\u00edk (1186 m above sea level)<\/strong>. Part of the valley is approximately 3.8 km long monumental karst gorge called NPR Z\u00e1dielska gorge.<\/p><p>The beginning of the gorge is located below the Havrania skala (770 m).<\/p><p>Further on it continues only as Z\u00e1dielska valley, while below the hill <strong>Chvost (851 m above sea level)<\/strong> turns sharply to the west and from there it continues to its aforementioned beginning.<\/p><p>This section of the Zadiel valley is also called the Blatnick\u00e1 valley. and is approximately 6.5 km long.<\/p><p>The end of the valley and the gorge is located above the mentioned village of Z\u00e1diel, where it flows into the Turnianska basin.<\/p><h3>How to get to Z\u00e1diel Valley<\/h3><p>The best starting points to the valley are the villages of Z\u00e1diel and B\u00f4rka.<br \/>The village of Z\u00e1diel can be reached by a branch from the village of Dvorn\u00edky-V\u010del\u00e1re.<\/p><p>An important road passes through the village of Dvorn\u00edky-V\u010del\u00e1re <strong>I. class road 16 (I\/16)<\/strong> leading on the route Zvolen - Lu\u010denec - Ro\u017e\u0148ava - Ko\u0161ice.<\/p><p>The village of B\u00f4rka can be reached by a branch from the village <strong>Lipovn\u00edk<\/strong>.<\/p><p>By the municipality <strong>Lipovn\u00edk<\/strong> an important <strong>I. class road 16 (I\/16)<\/strong> leading on the route Zvolen - Lu\u010denec - Ro\u017e\u0148ava - Ko\u0161ice.<\/p><p>Access to the valley to the crossroads <strong>Z\u00e1dielsk\u00e1 valley - mining station (450 m above sea level)<\/strong> from the village of B\u00f4rka is possible by car on the asphalt road <strong>Baks valley<\/strong> approximately 4.6 km long.<\/p><p>From the village of Z\u00e1diel passes through the valley <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10330 size-full lazy-loaded\" src=\"http:\/\/www.slovensky-kras.eu\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/cervena-1.png\" alt=\"cervena\" width=\"20\" height=\"21\" data-lazy-type=\"image\" data-src=\"http:\/\/www.slovensky-kras.eu\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/cervena-1.png\" data-imagelightbox=\"f\" \/> red hiking trail to the crossroads <strong>Z\u00e1dielsk\u00e1 valley - mining station (450 m above sea level)<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Total time to the crossroads <strong>Z\u00e1dielsk\u00e1 valley - mining station (450 m above sea level)<\/strong> is from the village of Z\u00e1diel approximately 1:00 h (back 0:45 h).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a7df27 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a7df27\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Maps\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ccee8d elementor-widget elementor-widget-google_maps\" data-id=\"9ccee8d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"google_maps.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-custom-embed\">\n\t\t\t<iframe loading=\"lazy\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?q=Z%C3%A1dielska%20gorge&#038;t=m&#038;z=15&#038;output=embed&#038;iwloc=near\"\n\t\t\t\t\ttitle=\"Z\u00e1dielska gorge\"\n\t\t\t\t\taria-label=\"Z\u00e1dielska gorge\"\n\t\t\t><\/iframe>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Z\u00e1dielska dolina sa nach\u00e1dza vo juhov\u00fdchodnej \u010dasti Slovensk\u00e9ho krasu hne\u010f za malebnou a turistickou obcou Z\u00e1diel.
